In this corona phase it  is important many apps for an online video call but all apps not better or provides specification but all apps not bad some apps are good & very good in that apps , zoom, Google meet , jio meets etc. It is good but all in this zoom is better than all apps because it gives more options or specifications compare to all apps.

2.  Not allowed more than 100  participants.
3.  When network gone then big screen size turn into small size.

 

Many good functions & some bad functions but if you want join meeting & create meeting then follow all following steps and do step by step.

1] HOW TO JOIN MEETING

(Two main processes)

 i)  join the meeting by password & meeting id.

1  1. If you want to join meeting then open zoom app.
   (Zoom starting page looks like the following image.)


        2.  Then click on join meeting. (look like as image) 

3.     3. Then it wants a meeting id (if you join any meeting then it required a meeting id.) Then type meeting id & click on ok (look like as image)     




      4.Then you want to join the meeting with your own video then direct click on ok. & if you want to join without video then turn off the second option. ‘turn on video’ (Look like as image)

5    5.Then click on ok
6.Then some loading time it required password then type & click on ok.

      ii) join the meeting by direct link.

1.  If you want join meeting then you required or your host send you meeting id & password as well they send you the link.



2.  You only Click on the link you directly join the meeting without type meeting id & password.


2] HOW TO CREATE MEETING

              (FOR TO MAKE HOST)

1.  Open the zoom app.

2.  Click on the signup option. (look like as image)





3.  After click it show you the birth date set option, Then select birth date& click on set. (Look like as an image)

4.    Then it show you the signup option so you type your email id(you don’t know how to open Gmail then ‘click here), and type your first name & last name & click on sign up option.

5.  Then it send you a verification image.

6.  Then go to your Gmail account or gmail.com & sign in there and check-in inbox & Click on that email. (look  like as image)

7.  Open zoom email & click on activate account.

8.  Then you go automatically in zoom website, the first page you see , before you fill the form click on the three dots top on the right side.(only for mobile)

9.  Then click on the desktop site.(look like as image)

10.Then you to take or create a meeting then click on ‘yes’ & you only want to sign in then click on ‘no’(but if you click on ‘no’ then you don’t create any meeting you only join the meeting) and click on continue.


11.Then fill first form ‘terms & condition ’, type your first name & last name , type job title & school name (if you don’t type any name, then type any letters)then it wants school Gmail don’t worry type your email id, click on all 3 squares & click on continue.

12.Then fill second form ‘welcome to zoom’, type there your first name & last name and type password  carefully & see instruction for password

Eg. Type your a password like “Abcdef12”

             & confirm your password means re writes your password and then click on continue.

13.Then you see page ‘Don’t zoom alone’

On this page click on the skip this step.

14.Then you see open new page ‘start your test meeting’ then click on the go to my account.

15. Then you go in your zoom app. Then click on sign & this page open & then type your email id or password.(you type email & password inform only those type)

16.Then you seepage as the following image.

17.Then click on schedule.

18.Then it shows you page for set timing for the meeting then set what you want & set date , time from to & if you take repeat meeting then click on never & click on yes and then set the simple password for student or people to easily joined the meeting. Then click on done.


19.Then click on invites, and then you see options then click on a copy on the clipboard.

20.Then minimize zoom app & go to any social media where you invite people or students and paste there.

Eg.  Go to Whatsapp open group or person id & paste & send

Then people & student's joint through click on link or type meeting id & password.



HOW TO USE ZOOM FEATURES

  1. if you joined the meeting then you see starting page as following.                       
  2. first of all, you click on join audio then see you option 'call over the internet' then click on that option then you hear meeting audio.                                    
  3. The second option is 'start video' if you click on this option then your camera start & your face see in the meeting (what you show on that camera).
  4. The third option is 'share screen' this option only open for the host. & if you won't share your mobile screen or laptop screen then click on this option.
  5. the fourth option is 'participants' in this option you can see how many participants join also , you send messages personally as well as all participant at a time & in this option you also mute or unmute any participant but you if you host only.                                                 
  6. fifth option is 'more' if you click on this option you see 5 extra options
  • connect or disconnect your audio.
  • chat - you send message to any person 
  • raise hand - if you any question or you want to talk then raise hand (click on that option) then host unmute you.
  • hide non-video participants - in this option only that participants show those have open their video.
  • show name when participant join  -  in this option any participant join then zoom show that person name.   
                                             

     7. At the top bar 
  • First option for - if you want off audio , join audio, connect audio to bluetooth.
  • Zoom ᐻ - in this option you see that who is organised zoom meeting, meeting id, host name, meeting password, meeting invite link & participant id.
  • Leave - this option  for you want to leave(end) this meeting then click on leave option.
